How email works
All emails to applicants — registration confirmations, approval and decline notices, reminders, and custom messages composed in the dashboard — are sent from the platform on your behalf. Replies from applicants are routed back to the platform and shown in the applicant's profile so the conversation stays threaded with the rest of the application record.
What we store
- The connected event and applicant a message belongs to.
- The sender address, recipient address, subject, message body, and any attachments.
- Provider message and thread identifiers needed to display conversation history.
What we do not do
- We do not access, modify, or read messages in your personal Gmail or Microsoft mailbox. The platform never connects to your personal inbox.
- We do not sell user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI or machine-learning models.
